Helps stimulate circulations, gently exfoliates, cleanses and tones without drawing oils from skin. Milk acts as a gentle exfoliator, provides hydration and nutrition. Oats and marshmallow root have soothing affect on inflamed tissues.

With clean utensil remove approximately 1/2 -1 teaspoon mix with small amount of water or other liquid to form a paste. Apply to damp skin with fingertips avoiding lip and eye area. Allow to dry for 10 -15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. pat dry. Follow with complexion mist and facial oil. Comes in 2 oz glass jar. Enough for 12-15 treatments depending on usage.

For complete facial first exfoliate with cleansing grains, relax with facial steam, follow with facial mask, complexion mist, facial oil. Use this regimen once a week to gain full benefits.
