INGREDIENTS
bergamot oil, sweet orange oil, cardamom oil, patchouli oil
certified organic

DIRECTIONS
Remove lid, place inhaler tip just below nostril.  Slowly inhale, then slowly exhale through mouth.  Repeat 2-3 times for each nostril.  Use 2-3 times daily or as needed 

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Always consult  physician for use with children, if pregnant or nursing, experiencing asthma symptoms or  have respiratory concerns.

Caution:  Discontinue use if  experiencing headaches, dizziness, nasal or respiratory irritation.
